My Experience
I have spent nearly two decades in the marketing and advertising industry and most of those in some kind of leadership role. I have also worked as a leadership development consultant and coach. But, no matter what role I am in, I am always the coach. The one everyone turns to and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Why Me?
I have been exactly where you are and faced the same challenges you're facing. Successful but may be having an ongoing struggle with your boss, and frankly yourself. Trying to protect and also grow your team. Questioning whether this is what you really want to be doing all while trying to be the best mom you're supposed to be. Through coaching, I learned how to find true purpose, power and peace. It's the secret to the Universe and it's what I was put here to do with you.
